Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for code quality and security.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to enhance system functionality and interoperability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in software development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Java development to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and proficiency in writing complex queries.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical projects is a plus.
