As an OSP Field Engineer, you will be responsible for field data collection, site surveys, and design validation to ensure seamless deployment of high-speed networks across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of telecom systems, supporting both residential and enterprise connectivity solutions.

Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys and site inspections to gather accurate data for OSP design projects, including terrain, existing infrastructure, and environmental factors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and validate OSP designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Perform fiber optic and copper cable route planning, including pole line, underground, and aerial installations.
- Prepare detailed as-built drawings, schematics, and technical reports for project documentation and client deliverables.
- Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and utility providers to secure permits and resolve right-of-way issues.
- Test and verify cable splicing, termination, and network connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve field-related technical issues during and after deployment.
- Stay updated on emerging OSP technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in OSP engineering, fiber optic network design, or field surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, or OSP design tools (e.g., Bentley MicroStation, FiberPlanIT).
- Strong knowledge of telecom industry standards (e.g., ITU-T, ANSI/TIA, local regulations).
- Experience with field data collection tools (e.g., GPS devices, laser rangefinders, drones).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments and travel to project sites across Bali.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
