Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to safeguard data and prevent breaches.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
- Train and educate staff on new technologies and best practices for IT usage.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support or executive role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Experience with IT project management and coordination.
- Willingness to work onsite in one of the specified locations in Bali.
