Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in local service experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Support the onboarding and training of new local service providers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on governance metrics, user experience insights, and operational performance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive innovation and improve the TikTok Local Services platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Basic understanding of governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
