Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, tools, and budgets, to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
- Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource optimization.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
