Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and present detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data modeling to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on performance metrics to senior management.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, UML, BPMN, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in ICT, software development, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
