Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to optimize production workflows.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical production or manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
