Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing and logistics equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve operational disruptions promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and safety compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to create a secure working environment.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Provide training and support to junior operators and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical operator role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and predictive maintenance tools.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
