Responsibility
- Oversee the renewal and maintenance of transmission buildings and tunnel facilities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and project plans for transmission infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of transmission facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to execute maintenance and renewal projects.
- Monitor and report on the performance of transmission facilities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to transmission facility management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for maintenance and renewal projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transmission facility management, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, transmission infrastructure, and facility management principles.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards related to transmission facility management.
