Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline compliance workflows, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing system integrity.
- Monitor and interpret local and international regulations (e.g., food safety, environmental, and occupational health standards) to ensure organizational adherence.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports for management review and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Train employees on compliance protocols, management system requirements, and best practices to foster a culture of accountability.
- Support third-party audits and certifications by coordinating documentation, evidence collection, and corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance metrics and proposing data-driven enhancements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in management systems, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably in the oil & fats, manufacturing, or food processing industry.
- Certifications: ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in management system software, audit tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian and international compliance standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, OSHA).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with a proactive approach to contract-based deliverables.
