Responsibility
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Set up CNC machines, including tooling and fixtures, to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and product quality.
- Maintain and clean CNC machines to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and reduce waste.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM software for programming and operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and precision measurement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is a plus.
