Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with Indonesian electrical codes and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Document all work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and test results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a licensed electrician (minimum 3+ years in residential/commercial/industrial settings).
- Valid Indonesian electrical license (Sertifikat Ketenagakerjaan or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (PUIL, SNI), and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing devices (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus; Bahasa Indonesia is required.
