Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for construction projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, electrical engineers, project managers) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor installation progress and compliance with design standards.
- Perform calculations and simulations to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in material selection and procurement, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Document and maintain project records, reports, and as-built drawings for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, construction, or M&E systems (internships count!).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local building regulations).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
