Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of manufacturing facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of energy-efficient and cost-saving initiatives to enhance facility performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Assist in emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in facilities management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior work experience required.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, or building automation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional physical demands.
