Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to define project scope, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Oversee design reviews, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to optimize project performance and mitigate potential issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and implement corrective actions to address deviations or delays.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, NEC, ASHRAE).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams to foster skill development and best practices.
- Conduct site inspections and commissioning to validate system functionality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems design, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and contract documents.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
