Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents for accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Generate progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses for stakeholders and senior management.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and sign-offs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and work on-site as required.
