Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in the assembly, testing, and calibration of aerospace or semiconductor components under strict quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document technical processes, test results, and anomalies in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, AS9100).
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in high-precision environments.
- Support the setup and operation of automated systems, including robotic arms or semiconductor fabrication tools.
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop expertise in specialized software (e.g., CAD, LabVIEW) and hardware.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations or efficiency upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Semiconductor Engineering (or related fields). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, or quality control systems.
