Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects from conception to completion.
- Support senior engineers in designing, testing, and optimizing process systems for efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements in M&E systems.
- Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure adherence to local and international engineering regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and innovative technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design tools (training provided).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multinational work environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
