As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to study new methods and materials, conduct Design of Experiments (DOE), and implement process improvements. Responsibility
- Study and evaluate new methods and materials to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve yield.
- Optimize material usage and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Identify root causes of process inefficiencies using data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document process changes and train production staff on new procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in DOE, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Hands-on experience with machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and document processes.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
