Responsibility

  • Study and evaluate new methods and materials to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve yield.
  • Optimize material usage and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Identify root causes of process inefficiencies using data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document process changes and train production staff on new procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in DOE, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Hands-on experience with machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and document processes.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
