Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy vehicles and excavators.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Replace and repair worn or damaged parts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to junior mechanics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle or Excavator Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and certification in heavy machinery repair (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
