Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products from initial concept to final prototype.
- Conduct electrical, mechanical, and firmware design with a focus on functionality, reliability, and scalability.
- Perform rigorous testing and evaluation of prototypes to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize product designs for localization and cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and design modifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the transition of prototypes to mass production, ensuring seamless scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues in existing products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product development, prototyping, or system engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and firmware development tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PCB design, and embedded systems.
- Experience with testing methodologies, debugging, and troubleshooting hardware/software integration.
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies and supply chain considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
