Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and monitor customer payment processes to ensure timely collections.
- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and profit & loss (P&L) analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and operational processes.
- Handle ad hoc finance duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide technical support for financial software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or financial environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including AR, payroll, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia is a plus.
