Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for box build and system integration to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Lead productivity improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven solutions to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies.
- Oversee cost-reduction strategies without compromising product quality or safety standards.
- Design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, IPC) and internal quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, with a focus on box build, system integration, or electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record in process improvement (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, TPM) and cost optimization.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and MES/ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
