Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in electrical maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute electrical projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and team members.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman (Electrical) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
