Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission cash counting machines at client sites across Bali
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with cash handling equipment, including mechanical and electronic components
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all installed equipment
- Provide on-site training to client staff on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for field service operations
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company service standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably with electronic or mechanical devices
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for field service environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali and potentially other Indonesian regions
- Basic computer skills for service reporting and equipment diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Physical ability to lift equipment (up to 20kg) and work in various field conditions
