Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems in aviation facilities.
- Ensure compliance with international aviation safety standards (e.g., ICAO, FAA, EASA) and company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including logs, reports, and maintenance records.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to enhance system reliability.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff and operational teams as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, preferably in aviation, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts, as required.
