Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate integration of electrical systems into building designs.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize project coordination.
- Generate and review shop drawings, as-built documentation, and construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
- Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) to enhance project efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings and present BIM solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in electrical or MEP systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, building codes, and construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability and energy-efficient design principles is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
