Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain telecommunications network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, stability, and uptime.
- Conduct regular site inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment, including routers, switches, and fiber optic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, upgrade, and configure network hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, latency issues, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports for compliance and future reference.
- Implement security protocols and best practices to safeguard network integrity and data privacy.
- Assist in capacity planning and scalability assessments to support growing demand.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians and junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, site maintenance, or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and fiber optic networks.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, or Juniper networking equipment.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
