Responsibility
- Supervise daily CNC machining operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate CNC operators to enhance technical skills and productivity.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and company regulations.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify accuracy and feasibility.
- Optimize CNC programs and tooling setups to improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to streamline processes and introduce innovations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines (e.g., Haas, Mazak, or similar brands).
- Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and GD&T specifications.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in CNC machining or a related technical field is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
