Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with design plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk assessments, to stakeholders.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and supervise on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural analysis, and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Certifications in OSHA, PMP, or similar are highly advantageous.
