Responsibility
- Design and develop electrical systems for data center projects, including power distribution, backup systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to optimize project execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance to on-site teams.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and compliance certificates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power infrastructure or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM).
- Experience with international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and local regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
