Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, provide progress reports, and maintain transparent communication with clients, investors, and government authorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, budget overruns, or quality issues, through proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM) and cost-estimation tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable, with familiarity with local market dynamics, suppliers, and labor practices.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
