Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements using modern tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and propose effective solutions.
- Design and execute process validation and verification protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process performance.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Proficiency in using process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to various locations in Bali as required.
