Responsibility
- Lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison between Japanese and international teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in engineering principles and best practices.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations in both English and Japanese.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product development processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in a relevant industry, with a strong technical background.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and fluent English communication skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive technology or related industries is a plus.
