Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and load calculations to optimize electrical system performance and energy efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Supervise and inspect electrical installations to ensure adherence to safety protocols, codes, and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering, renewable energy, and smart systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design, installation, and project management, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux) and MS Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PU, PLN) and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
