Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all high-voltage electrical operations, installations, and maintenance activities in compliance with PUIL (Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik) and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, perform root-cause analysis, and execute corrective actions with minimal disruption.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and local safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and PPE compliance.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align electrical work with project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid Chargeman A1 license issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Electricity (or equivalent international certification with local recognition).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-voltage electrical systems (11kV–150kV), preferably in industrial, commercial, or utility sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes (PUIL, SNI, IEC), safety standards, and emergency response procedures.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of electricians or technicians in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., megohmmeters, insulation testers, thermal imaging cameras).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar/Badung with occasional travel to project locations across Bali.
- Preferred: Certification in First Aid/CPR or Electrical Safety Training (e.g., NFPA 70E).
