Responsibility
- Conduct and coordinate hospital accreditation surveys in accordance with MSQH and international standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
- Evaluate healthcare facilitiesā compliance with established quality and safety protocols, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop, review, and update healthcare standards, policies, and procedures to align with best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to healthcare professionals on accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze survey data and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the implementation of corrective action plans in accredited facilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in healthcare quality and regulatory changes to ensure MSQH standards remain current.
- Represent MSQH in industry forums, workshops, and conferences to promote healthcare excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management, accreditation, or clinical auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., MSQH, JCI, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Certification in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently to healthcare facilities across Malaysia.
