Responsibility
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgeries and treatments.
- Assist ophthalmologists during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Administer medications, eye drops, and other treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment progress.
- Educate patients and their families on eye care, post-operative instructions, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Ensure the cleanliness, sterility, and organization of medical equipment and examination rooms.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver seamless and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in ophthalmology, surgery, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care techniques, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
