Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and provide accurate, up-to-date information on pharmaceutical products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related healthcare fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
