Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to healthcare regulations and pediatric care standards.
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, administrative staff, and medical professionals, fostering a collaborative and patient-focused culture.
- Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality of care.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and expense management, to ensure the clinic’s sustainability and growth.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups to optimize clinic capacity and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare laws, including HIPAA or equivalent data protection standards.
- Liaise with pediatricians, specialists, and external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and referrals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including staff training, technology adoption, and patient feedback systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with a preference for pediatric or family practice settings.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a medical or administrative capacity.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, billing systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, clinic management software, and basic financial tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations is advantageous but not required.
