Responsibility
- Provide high-quality clinical care and support to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize healthcare processes and workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and certification programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid PHRN or USRN license with active registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in quality assurance, training, or leadership roles is a plus.
