Responsibility
- Assist doctors and nurses during patient consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking, organizing, and dispensing medications under supervision.
- Provide basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, administering injections (if certified), and dressing wounds.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure efficient clinic workflow.
- Educate patients on medication usage, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare measures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized clinic environment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Medical Assistance, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, hospital, or pharmacy setting (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and pharmacy operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, clinic management software).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain it is advantageous.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
