Responsibility
- Assist paediatricians in daily clinical procedures and patient examinations.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and examination rooms.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the paediatrician.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
- Provide compassionate care and support to young patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate parents on child health, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Valid nursing license or certification (preferred).
- Previous experience in a paediatric or clinical setting is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic computer skills for patient record management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
