Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process prescriptions and over-the-counter sales accurately while adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked pharmacy shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessibly.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage daily sales reports with precision.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to promote health awareness campaigns and seasonal product offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and assist in stock-taking to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Educate customers on basic healthcare products, usage instructions, and safety precautions.
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or pharmacy assistance is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products, supplements, and first-aid essentials.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
