As a key player in Singapore's transition to electric vehicles, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our EV charging infrastructure.
In this role, you will perform essential site inspections, preventative maintenance, and technical troubleshooting to ensure compliance with national standards. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality engineering services, providing you with hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving EV sector. Responsibility
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance on EV charging stations.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimize system downtime.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with Singapore’s safety codes and technical standards (e.g., TR25).
- Prepare detailed technical reports and site documentation for every service visit.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize charging system performance.
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in the deployment and commissioning of new EV charging infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests to restore charging operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in electrical maintenance or power systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring, and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and safety regulations in Singapore.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field-based team.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
