Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and service reports.
- Source and manage spare parts and supplies to ensure timely availability for repairs.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment usage and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or facility management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools (e.g., CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Certifications in safety, automation, or maintenance (e.g., OSHA, ISO) are a plus.
