As the backbone of our manufacturing excellence, you will manage and mentor shift supervisors, ensuring seamless, safe, and highly efficient fabrication processes. Responsibility
- Lead and Supervise: Manage shift supervisors and production teams to ensure adherence to operational protocols, safety standards, and performance targets.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in fabrication workflows to enhance efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and internal quality control systems.
- Production Planning: Oversee daily production schedules, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to maintain stable, high-volume output.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates) and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Training & Development: Mentor junior engineers and supervisors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational discipline.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on production performance, incidents, and process deviations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in semiconductor fabrication, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of wafer fabrication, cleanroom operations, and process control systems (e.g., CVD, PVD, etching, lithography).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Certifications: Preferred: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or EHS certifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
