In this role, you will design, supervise, and deliver sustainable energy projects from conception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with local and international standards. Your expertise will drive the transition to clean energy while contributing to the growth of Bali’s green infrastructure.
Based in Badung, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to innovate and implement energy solutions that power communities, resorts, and commercial facilities across the island. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a tangible impact, this is the role for you.
Responsibility
- Design and engineer Solar PV, BESS, and hybrid power systems tailored to client specifications and site conditions.
- Develop technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst).
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses to optimize project performance.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and compliance certificates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after project implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulations in renewable energy to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in Solar PV or BESS projects.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering renewable energy systems from concept to operation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP, or similar tools for system design and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (IEC, NEC), and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
