Responsibility
- Provide technical support and expertise in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for project improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project planning and execution.
- Proven expertise in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
