Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical failures in machinery, automation systems, and industrial equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and modify systems for improved efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff and operational teams.
- Source and manage spare parts and vendor relationships for cost-effective repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelorās Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in maintenance engineering, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or facility management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and motor controls.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for technical reporting.
